Highly recommend Fetrow! Our entire family has been with them for longer than I can remember now, and their office has been awesome to work with whenever we’ve had a problem. And the folks at 800# for Erie (for weekends and holidays and the such) have been terrific to work with, so we cannot say enough good things about Erie in general. I mean, no one WANTS to be filing an insurance claim because it means something bad has ruined your day/week/year, but the people at Fetrow and Erie are SO nice and helpful and full of information that they take all of the pain out of the process. Highly recommended!

We have had our condo and car insurance through Fetrow / Erie and are very happy. Saved a lot of money vs. State Farm and Erie has good customer service. Just called and spoke to Lynette about a letter we got from our mortgage company and customer service was great and we found out issue was already taken care of by Fetrow. Good job!
