Had a minor accident today and called Erie. My local agent paul was very helpful. He helped me with the claims process and was very efficient and when he had to call me back he did it within minutes. You hope that you never have to call your insurance company for anything but when you do it’s nice to know that they’re there and Paul was very accommodating and let’s face it there’s a lot that needs to be done from the moment something hits your car till the time it’s fixed it’s more than you can possibly imagine until you’re involved in something like this. It’s nice to know that a quality insurance company like Erie is there for you their customer service at 2:00 in the morning was excellent. When I called my local agent early in the morning they were a big help in every way imaginable. With help like this, it’s hard to imagine going anywhere else their rates are right on the money and their customer service is top-notch.

Very happy that I moved to the Fetrow Insurance Agency and Erie Insurance. Everyone at Fetrow is helpful and knowledgeable. They are responsive (unlike my previous agency) and work to keep things simple and stress-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new insurance agency to work with. You will not be disappointed!

I have been using Fetrow insurance for over 10 years and the service is impeccable. My agent Susan is always fast and super responsive to all our home and vehicle needs. We have used other companies in the bad and it’s always been a hassle. We switched everything to Fetrow because of their hands-on approach with the customers. The entire crew is super knowledgeable and will help you save every dollar possible while keeping the best coverages. I would give 10 stars but it only allows me to give 5!!!
