Very nice and knowledgeable insurance group! Appreciate their help and wish I didn’t have to leave Erie.

I spoke to agent Clark berry who was unwilling to provide me with an insurance quote after i answered the necessary questions. Apparently he doesn’t know the ABCs of always be closing. I then asked for another employee and partner Alan fetrow was more than willing to provide me with proper customer service I closed eith Alan based mostly on the final price of the insurance but was also pleased with his customer service.

Alan is always incredibly helpful. Always quick to respond, explains everything for you to understand very well. I’ve been a customer for several years now.

We have been with Fetrow for over 30 years, and we will continue to stay with them, they are always helpful and pleasant to work with. Keep up the good work.

Superb client service! Alan Fetrow was incredibly responsive (and empathetic) after a deer struck our vehicle during an out-of-state vacation. We had an adjuster on the phone within minutes of speaking with Mr. Fetrow. I heartily recommend his agency for home, auto, & umbrella coverage.
