Had a minor accident today and called Erie My local agent paul was very helpful He helped me with the claims process and was very efficient and when he had to call me back he did it within minutes You hope that you never have to call your insurance company for anything but when you do it’s nice to know that they’re there and Paul was very accommodating and let’s face it there’s a lot that needs to be done from the moment something hits your car till the time it’s fixed it’s more than you can possibly imagine until you’re involved in something like this It’s nice to know that a quality insurance company like Erie is there for you their customer service at 2:00 in the morning was excellent When I called my local agent early in the morning they were a big help in every way imaginable With help like this it’s hard to imagine going anywhere else their rates are right on the money and their customer service is top notch
