I spoke to agent Clark berry who was unwilling to provide me with an insurance quote after i answered the necessary questions. Apparently he doesn’t know the ABCs of always be closing. I then asked for another employee and partner Alan fetrow was more than willing to provide me with proper customer service I closed eith Alan based mostly on the final price of the insurance but was also pleased with his customer service.

Fetrow Insurance has always been very helpful, and accommodating to me. Susan in particular was extremely helpful! She called me in July to inform me of ways we could drastically reduce my premiums for the next year, WITHOUT reducing any of my coverage. She told me that she’d contact me going into the new year with a quote, and true to her word, she did. I saved a lot of money from that process! Thank You Susan and Fetrow Insurance!

Had Insurance Auto and home ffor over 40 years. Was dropped when I had an accident with a motorohome. Still I felt they were the best ever. It’s been over 3 years and I would like to be reinstated.
